From targeting different muscle groups to nurturing your mind-body connection, our pre-programmed classes ensure a week of holistic growth and fulfillment.

    Monday & Thursdays

    Dive into the core principles of Pilates with our TruFlow classes, where we guide you back to the essence of body movement and control on reformer and mat.

    Combines traditional resistance training, functional bodyweight training and utilises the Reformer to help challenge your limits and elevate overall strength
