Whether you’re brand new or highly experienced, every class offers layered progressions and thoughtful regressions so you can move in a way that feels right for your body while still being challenged.

    TruFlow

    Monday | Thursdays

    Dive into the core principles of Pilates with our TruFlow classes, where we guide you back to the essence of body movement and control on reformer and mat.

    TruUpper

    Alternating Tuesdays | Wednesdays

    TruUpper focusses on targeting and toning the upper body and core. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

     Designed to enhance strength, flexibility and mobility in the the shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps. Expect controlled resistance, intelligent sequencing, and a strong emphasis on posture and stability.

    By incorporating various spring tensions and props, this class challenges the muscles in different ways, improves upper-body strength, supports spinal alignment, and enhances everyday movement — perfect for counteracting desk posture and building powerful, functional arms and back.

    TruLower

    Alternating Tuesdays | Wednesdays

    TruLower targets the largest muscle groups of the body — glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, as well as core— to build strength, stability, and endurance from the ground up. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

    Through precise, controlled movement and progressive loading, this class enhances lower-body power while improving hip stability and knee alignment. You’ll feel challenged, supported, and seriously strong.

    By incorporating various spring tensions and props, this class challenges the muscles in different ways, improves lower-body strength and enhances everyday movement.

    TruBody

    Fridays

    TruBody, as the name suggest, is a total body workout and a perfect way to round out the working week! Suitable for all fitness levels. 

     This class will combine core strengthening, upper, lower and spinal mobility. Participants can expect to engage in strength and resistance training on the Reformer, all while enjoying a playful atmosphere. 

     The focus is on improving posture, enhancing the mind-body connection and developing balance for a well-rounded workout.

    TruCircuit

    Saturdays

    TruCircuit will have you burning some serious calories as we combine the best of all our classes in this full body conditioning class.

     This up-tempo Reformer workout incorporates resistance training, alongside our signature style exercises that will challenge your body, whilst working up an intense burn deep within the muscles.

     Expect energy and vitality with TruCircuit, a perfect start to the weekend!

    TruStretch

    Saturdays

    TruStretch is your time to slow down, lengthen and restore. This guided class blends deep, feel-good stretches on both the reformer and mat to release tight muscles, improve mobility and create space in the body.

     Using breath, gentle movement and supportive spring resistance, you’ll ease tension, enhance flexibility and walk out feeling taller, lighter and completely reset.

    TruMums, Bubs and Beyond

    Mondays | Wednesdays

    Our Mum, Bubs & Beyond Pilates class is a welcoming space for expecting mums, new mums, and those with toddlers in tow.

    Rebuild strength, improve posture, and support your body through every stage of motherhood—all while keeping your little ones close. Babies and toddlers are welcome in class, and we also offer a crèche area for older children so you can focus on moving and feeling your best. Join a supportive community and take time for you!
