I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
When I started TruForm Pilates, it wasn’t just about fitness — it was about creating a space where people could feel good in their bodies, connect with others, and build confidence through movement.
I know what it’s like to feel unsure of where to start, or to wonder if a studio is “for you.” That’s why I made sure TruForm is different — inclusive, encouraging, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or you’ve been practicing for years, there’s a place for you here.
We do our classes a little differently too. You’ll notice we have timers, allowing us to structure a class that is perfectly balanced, ensuring maximum results for our members. We combine the Reformer, with mat, weights, bands and rings, which allows us to tailor our classes to a range of different fitness levels. Our days of the week programming mean you can plan your visits, and really focus on your goals. And all of this is made even easier with conveniences like our crèche area, private showers and our Infrared Sauna!
At TruForm, we teach to guide you, we support you wherever you’re at, and we empower you to grow — in strength, in confidence, and in community. You don’t need to be “fit enough” or “flexible enough.” You just need to show up. We’ll meet you there.

Expert Instructors: Our current team of passionate, friendly and motivational instructors will continue to deliver our range of classes. They bring years of experience and expertise to every class.
Variety of Classes: We will continue to provide the same practice of Reformer and Mat Pilates, whilst combining strength work, to cater to all fitness levels and interests. In time we look to introduce more specialized classes too like pre / post natal and Barre just to name a few!
Personalized Attention: We keep our class sizes small to ensure you receive personalized attention and guidance, helping you get the most out of each session.
Modern Facilities: Our studio is equipped with top-of-the-line Pilates equipment, ensuring a comfortable and effective workout experience. Not to mention the Infra-red sauna to help you with recovery, stress management and detoxification, as well as our shower facilities for convenience!

Linda is proof that Pilates is for everybody, at every age. Her classes are strong, supportive, and filled with encouragement. With a love for functional movement, she’s passionate about helping clients build strength, stability, and mobility that lasts well beyond the studio. Down-to-earth and full of life, Linda keeps things real (and fun!)—whether she’s guiding a reformer flow or sharing stories about her family, which includes a very lucky dog.

INSTRUCTOR
Radiating positivity and calm, Rach brings a grounded and holistic energy to her Pilates classes. She’s passionate about helping clients connect mind and body through intentional movement and breath. Whether she’s guiding a mat series or a reformer burn, Rach’s approach is nurturing, empowering, and always warm. She’s also a proud dog mum to Biscuit, her adorable Cavoodle sidekick—and the unofficial TruForm mascot.

INSTRUCTOR
Ash combines her lifelong love of dance with a deep passion for movement science. As a second-year medical student, she brings anatomical knowledge to her Pilates classes—so you’ll always know which muscles you’re working! Ash’s classes are elegant, flowing, and intentionally designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina, with a beautiful ballet-inspired edge. Expect thoughtful movement, graceful energy, and a whole lot of hot choccy love.

With a decade of competitive dance behind her, Josie brings rhythm, energy, and creativity to every class. Her mission? To help clients reconnect with themselves through movement. Josie’s classes are dynamic and empowering, balancing strength-building with self-compassion. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, she’ll guide you through with infectious energy and a focus on personal growth—body and mind.
