Reformer Pilates Class
Join us for TruFusion — our Open Day Reformer Pilates class and the perfect introduction to everything TruForm has to offer.
TruFusion brings together the best elements from across our weekly timetable for a dynamic, total-body workout in just 50 minutes.
To give as many members of our local community as possible the chance to experience TruForm, we've doubled our usual class capacity to 24 for Open Day. Half the class kicks off on the reformers while the other half works on the mat — then we swap, so everyone gets the full experience.

For your 3 minute treatment you will be provided with a headband to cover your ears, a pair of gloves and socks. We also provide headphones and Spotify, so you can select your favourite ‘chill out’ song. Your entire body is then rapidly chilled, treating you to an epic boost in circulation and endorphins.

That’s what Open Day is all about! All classes welcome beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every movement and provide alternatives for various experience levels.

Yes, please download our TruForm App to register an account, purchase your $10 offer, then book in. This applies for the classes and appointments.

Generally most women wear a crop top and bike tights, a singlet and shorts for men. You will be provided with a headband, gloves and socks.

Whilst the true benefits are felt from the 3 mins, there is a staff member monitoring you the whole time should you wish to exit early.
